1. Who we are
Vollo (“Vollo”, “we”, “us”) provides a platform for building and operating AI voice agents across web, mobile and telephony channels. This policy explains what data we collect when you use vollo.io, the Vollo dashboard and the Vollo APIs, and how we handle it.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, organization details and authentication credentials.
- Workspace content — agents, workflows, prompts, phone-number configuration and API settings you create on the platform.
- Call data — call metadata, transcripts and, where you enable it, audio recordings processed on behalf of your organization.
- Usage data — metered voice minutes, API request logs and diagnostic information used for billing and reliability.
3. How we use data
We use your data to operate the service, meter and bill usage, provide support, secure the platform and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content or call data to train models.
4. Tenant isolation
Each customer workspace is provisioned with a dedicated database. Your transcripts, recordings, workflows and keys are stored separately from other tenants, which allows per-tenant export and deletion on request.
5. Subprocessors
Where you connect third-party services — for example a telephony carrier or a model provider under a bring-your-own-key configuration — those providers process data under their own terms. A current list of Vollo subprocessors is available on request.
6. Retention and deletion
Workspace content is retained while your account is active. You can delete recordings, transcripts and projects from the dashboard at any time; deleting your workspace removes its dedicated database in full within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us at privacy@vollo.io and we will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard and reflected in the date above.
