Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of the Vollo platform, including the dashboard at app.vollo.io, the Vollo APIs and this website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials, for the API keys issued to your workspace and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly at support@vollo.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Plans, voice minutes and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Voice minutes are metered per second of live conversation across all channels and pooled within your workspace; unused minutes do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise. Plan limits, prices and included quantities are described on the pricing page and in the dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
- Comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, robocall and call-recording regulations in the jurisdictions you call into.
- Obtain any consent required before recording or transcribing a conversation.
- Do not use the Service for fraud, harassment, impersonation without disclosure, or the transmission of unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to probe, disrupt or circumvent the isolation of other tenants.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the agents, workflows, prompts and call data in your workspace. You grant Vollo the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train models.
6. Third-party services
The Service interoperates with third-party providers such as telephony carriers and model APIs, including credentials you supply under a bring-your-own-key configuration. Those services are governed by their own terms, and Vollo is not responsible for their availability or conduct.
7. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability for the hosted Service and publish live status at status.vollo.io. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, and specific commitments, where offered, are set out in a separate service-level agreement.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. Upon workspace deletion, your dedicated database is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vollo's aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Vollo in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
